We are Whitburn Animal Health Ltd located at The Bungalow, Hillhead Farm, Lizard Lane, South Shields, Tyne & Wear
SR6 7NN . We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, Medicines & Healthcare Regulatory Authority and Veterinary Medicines Directorate and work to their standards.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide products, information and services you have requested and safeguard human and animal welfare and check every now and then that our records are right and that you’re satisfied with us.  To do this we may need to share your data with service partners including IT ,delivery and marketing service providers.

For example we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website

We also use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver newsletters. We never rent or trade email lists or other data with other commercial organisations

We  use cookies and other tracking technologies which you agree to when using our website to assist with navigation, provide feedback , analyse your  use of our products and services and provide content such as impartial product information. At any time  you may prevent use of cookies or withdraw consent and delete them via your internet browser. In this case some functions of our website may not be available

We may have to pass on information required by governmental bodies, the police, courts, insurers or by  U.K. or E.U. law or to protect life or health if (for example) a recall is issued for a medicine

Where we use your information for our legitimate interests this follows an Assessment to ensure it is proportionate and necessary with special consideration given where vulnerable people or children may be involved. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server that has an SSL certificate using at least 128-bit encryption. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
